These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SignalPilot mobile application and the website at signalpilotapp.es. By using SignalPilot, you agree to these Terms.
Independent application
SignalPilot is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Huawei or any other equipment manufacturer. Product and brand names of third parties appear only for compatibility or descriptive purposes.
Informational and diagnostic nature
SignalPilot provides informational and diagnostic guidance about signal quality, coverage, and placement. It does not automatically change your router’s configuration, bands, firmware, or network settings. Measurements and labels are aids for your own decisions; they are not a guarantee of network performance, coverage, or carrier service quality.
Your responsibilities
- You remain responsible for your network, router configuration, and credentials.
- You are responsible for complying with your mobile carrier’s terms and any applicable laws when using cellular CPE equipment.
- If you authenticate to a router, you must only do so on equipment you own or are authorised to administer.
Availability and compatibility
Launch support focuses on supported Huawei cellular CPE / HiLink-class hardware. Compatibility with other devices is not promised until validated. Features may be limited, experimental, or unavailable depending on device, firmware, OS version, and network conditions. Service availability of this website is provided on an “as available” basis.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use SignalPilot to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to networks or devices.
- Misrepresent SignalPilot as an official Huawei product or service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the app solely to build a competing unlawful service, except where mandatory law allows.
- Abuse the website or support channels (spam, malware, harassment).
Intellectual property
SignalPilot name, branding, app UI, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and site for personal, non-commercial diagnostic purposes unless a separate licence says otherwise.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalPilot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, accurate absolute RF measurements, or that following placement guidance will achieve any particular throughput or coverage outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of SignalPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app or website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms, the app, or the website at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue features. You may stop using SignalPilot at any time by uninstalling the app and ceasing use of the site.
